Lindsay Davidson

I am the Managing Director of Lefevres with overall responsibility for day to day running. I qualified as a Scottish Solicitor in 1997 advancing my career to Partner level before starting Lefevres in 2018. Over the course of my career, I have advised on a wide range of personal injury actions acting for pursuer and defender. I have experience in all aspects of personal injury including catastrophic, fatal, and industrial disease. I regularly act for victims of road traffic accidents, slips, trips and cosmetic claims.

 

Over the last 12 years, I have developed a focus on group actions involving faulty medical devices and product safety.  I am regularly involved in multi-party disputes in the UK and abroad. Lefevres are one of only a few specialist firms in Scotland acting for pursuers in this area. I have successfully represented hundreds of victims in their claims for product safety including pharmaceutical claims against Pfizer, Merck  and Johnston & Johnston. I am currently involved in the impending group action for hernia implants as well as the ongoing vehicle emissions group action being advanced through the court.
